Most procurement reviews need the same four things, so here they are in the order they are usually asked for.

Data Processing Agreement · Article 28 terms with the processing details, security measures and sub-processor register in the annexes. Can be executed as part of a signed agreement.
Security Statement · What a security questionnaire gets answered from, including where we do not hold a certification.
Sub-processor register · Three sub-processors, one of which you can switch off entirely and keep the service.
Service Commitment · Uptime, monitoring, backups and recovery. Enterprise contracts can carry a bespoke SLA with service credits.
