Yes, annual billing is 20% off the monthly price. Business, for example, is £230 a year instead of £288. You choose monthly or annual at checkout.
The discount applies to every paid plan and shows at checkout before you pay. The renewal rule holds for annual billing too: the price you sign up at is the price you renew at.
