What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments, processed by Stripe. Prices are fixed in GBP, and the price on our pricing page is exactly what Stripe charges: the marketing site and the checkout read from the same data.

Fixed GBP pricing means no exchange-rate drift on your invoice and no usage meter running in the background.

Enterprise contracts are the exception: they are agreed and invoiced by hand rather than through Stripe checkout.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, annual billing is 20% off the monthly price. Business, for example, is £230 a year instead of £288. You choose monthly or annual at checkout.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes: 30 days on all paid plans. If G7Cloud is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a refund. The Free plan needs no guarantee: it is free forever and takes no card.
