Yes: free assisted migration on paid plans. Our team does the move with you: we copy your site to G7Cloud, you preview the result running on our infrastructure, and DNS only switches when you approve the cutover. It is a hands-on process, with one of our engineers doing the move alongside you.
The process: we copy files, database and configuration, stand the site up on G7Cloud, and give you a preview URL. You click through it, we fix anything that moved badly, and only then does DNS switch. Your old site keeps serving until the moment you approve.
Hosting-level problems we find on the way (PHP version conflicts, TLS or DNS issues) get flagged and usually fixed as part of the move. The full walkthrough is on the migration page.
