Do you help with WordPress problems?
We help with anything platform-side: migrations, DNS and email setup, backup restores, PHP version issues (7.4 to 8.4 per site) and monitoring configuration. For updates, we give you the safe workflow (clone, test, apply, with a snapshot first) rather than blind auto-updating plugins on a live site.
If you are migrating a broken site to us, tell us what is wrong when you request the move: hosting-level issues like PHP conflicts, TLS and DNS problems are common and usually fixed as part of it. Custom theme or plugin development still needs a developer; that line is clear.
Everything platform-side is included with hosting rather than sold as a care plan: see WordPress support, or the emergency page if something is on fire right now.

What does "managed" actually mean?
We run the infrastructure: containers, TLS certificates, ScaleShield, backups (restore-tested nightly), uptime monitoring and the database layer. You look after your content and application code. Free assisted migration means we help you get onto the platform in the first place.
Full answerCan I test changes before they go live?
Yes. Site cloning (Business and up) copies a site so you can try a risky change on the copy first, and git-deployed apps get pull-request preview environments on Pro and Agency: every PR gets its own live URL. Daily backups with one-click restore are the safety net underneath both.
Full answerWhat support channels do you offer?
Email and ticket-based support from our UK team. Your ticket is read and answered by the engineers who run the platform.
Full answerWhat are your response times?
We are a small UK engineering team and we answer every ticket as quickly as we can. Pro plans get priority handling, and Agency plans get dedicated support.
